Where Help Save the Butchers lives today

Customers should still be able to ask questions, request a special cut and buy meat from someone who understands what is being sold.

Fresh meat case
Fresh-cut meat remains central to the store's identity.

Come talk to the butcher

If you have a question, ask. If you want something cut differently, ask. If you do not know which cut you need, tell us what you are cooking.

Fresh-cut meat

Customers can see the department at work and talk directly with the people doing the cutting.

Custom cutting

You are not limited to the thickness or package size already sitting in the case. Ask about custom-cut steaks, roasts sized for your family, whole primals, bulk meat, special cuts and freezer buying.

Buy the whole primal

Choose your steak thickness, choose your roast sizes, and have the whole piece cut to fit the way your family eats.

Save by buying like a butcher does. When the whole primal is sold, there is less risk of unsold individual cuts. That gives us an opportunity to price it more aggressively and pass the savings along to the customer.

Build a Cow

Select the beef sub-primals you want and have them custom cut instead of filling the freezer with cuts you do not use.

Destination meat buying

Some customers come to stock the freezer, buy whole cuts, purchase bulk chicken, plan a party or shop a Truckload Sale. Whatever brings them in, the trip is worth making.
